Kill Cellulite And Make It A Thing Of The Past
Many of us as we get older start to get cellulite, we all get it, men and women. This is mostly seen around the stomach and leg area, where the fat is mostly put on and lost. As you can see from the image below, cellulite is the “wrinkly” looking parts of the skin:

What Is Cellulite?
Cellulite is simply just a collection of fat cells that pushes the tissue beneath the skin which causes the changes of the surface, ie the wrinkled look. Cellulite is far more common in women than it is in men, this is because of the way the at, muscle and connective tissues are formed in men and women, they are hugely different.
Cellulite affects women more over 35 years old and worsens as time goes on, gender, age and genes also the fats are all associated with how much visible your cellulite will be, everyone has it, its just a case of how much it is showing.
Cellulite is also commonly found only on the buttocks thighs and stomach. Cellulite also causes hormonal changes and mental changes due to the feeling of not being able to be seen or work out in the gym, or be seen on a beach.

How Do I Get Rid Of It?
Food is one of the main causes of cellulite, when you gain weight and lose it too quickly, also when you eat fatty foods. A well balanced diet will help balance cellulite out of your skin, if you continue to eat fatty foods cellulite will stick around and may even get bigger!
  • Make sure you buy lots of proteins, carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals, these are all good of a well balanced diet.
  • Make your diet contain high fibre
  • Mono-saturated fats and polyunsaturated fats are a good thing also.
  • Cut down your intake of Saturated fat!
  • Eat foods that are high in omega fatty acids
  • Avoid junk foods
  • Drink plenty of water, 3 Litres for a man 2.6 Litres for a woman.
- Exercising
Besides using the diet to help with the cellulite, I know MANY articles on the Internet always refer to do exercising to make everything better but this one is true! Performing cardio exercises such as running or jogging will make you sweat which flushes out all of the toxins in the body and also tightens up your muscles, therefore thinning out the cellulite itself.
You are basically killing two birds with one stone there, getting in shape and saying goodbye to the cellulite!
